COURSE BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The booking of the on-site courses offered on the MODA (Modular Digital) website is completed through the online payment of a seat reservation fee, which is required to guarantee the student’s participation in the selected course.

CANCELLATION BY THE STUDENT

The student may cancel their course registration under the following conditions, depending on when the cancellation is communicated:

  • More than one month before the course start date:
    100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • Less than one month and up to 14 calendar days before the course start date:
    50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • Less than 14 calendar days before the course start date:
    no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

To exercise the right of cancellation, it is mandatory to notify it in writing by sending an email to gestion@dlcirugiaoral.com, including the student’s personal details and the reserved course.

Once the request has been received and validated, the corresponding refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the confirmation of the cancellation.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY THE ORGANIZATION

MODA reserves the right to modify dates, schedules, or location, as well as to cancel the course for organizational, academic, or force majeure reasons. In the event of definitive cancellation by the organization, the student shall be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid, with no entitlement to any additional compensation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal shall not apply once the course has started, nor to reservations made for on-site training activities with a specific scheduled date, as established by the applicable legislation.
